Shipping & Delivery
Our products ship from California, USA.  Our standard method of shipping is 2nd day Fedex, which we will apply on all orders unless customer specifies otherwise.  If we have items in stock, handling time is generally 3 business days or less.  If we do not have the items you ordered in stock we will specify lead time on the product page.  If in-stock and out-of-stock items are purchased on the same order we will ship the in-stock items immediately and wait until the out-of-stock items become available to ship separately, unless customer specifies otherwise.  We ship internationally to all countries but retain the right to deny shipment at any time. 
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted on defective items only.  For other items, exchanges or credit are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.  Please contact us at sales@edecdigitalforensics.com for returns or exchanges and reference your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange. We reserve the right to decide validity of a return or exchange at any time.  
Ordering & Payment
Orders placed on our website are processed automatically and will be shipped within the timeframes listed above under the Shipping section. Orders may also be placed through the phone (+1 805-962-3080), fax (+1 805-962-3086) or email (sales@edecdigitalforensics.com).  We accept PO for government agencies with 30 day payment terms.
